• How to edit group folder access and assign the default

  • 10 Steps
1 In the folder you are assigning access to, click on the "Access" button.

2 Click on "Groups".

3 Select the access level you are granting (Full access for read write & editing , template access to only create new documents for that folder and read only for read only access).

4 Click on the "Update Access" button.

5 Click "OK" to accept the access changes.

6 Go to "Users & Groups" located in "My Profile".

7 Click on "Groups".

8 Click on the drop down in the "Default Folder" column.

9 Select the applicable folder and re-assign it to the Groups folder you created earlier.

10 Click "OK" to confirm the changes to the folder.
