Risk Assessor

1 Tap the hazard icon in the bottom left of the screen.

2 Click on the "Add Hazard" button.

3 Tap on the "Choose Icon" button.

4 Select the icon for the Hazard you are adding.

5 You will need to add controls for your Hazard.

6 Once complete, click on "Done" in the bottom right corner to add the Hazard.
